A Responsible Industrial Vision
With the publication of our first Sustainability Synthesis, we present a pathway born from the desire to integrate quality, innovation, and responsibility into the management of our operations.
We analyzed our organization through an in-depth pre-assessment, defined strategic priorities, and systematically engaged our stakeholders, with the goal of strengthening the resilience of our operations and the value generated by our projects.
Making this document public means ensuring continuity in our method: measure, understand, improve.

The growing complexity of projects and the technical role we play have compelled us to structure a sustainability strategy capable of integrating performance, safety, responsibility, and a long-term vision.
The initial pre-assessment provided an objective overview of the areas where improvement efforts should be focused.
Strategic Priorities
The selected SDGs –
– have been translated into an operating model that combines work quality, process efficiency, environmental stewardship, and collaboration.
This work led to the definition of our updated business model and measurable short- and medium-term objectives.
Technical dialogue with stakeholders
We engaged our key stakeholders in a dialogue focused on key themes: service quality, project management, risk, environmental impacts, and social responsibility.
The collected questionnaires and evaluations allowed us to identify material topics (materiality) and align expectations.
Our direction for the future
This journey led to the definition of the Strategic Sustainability Plan, which guides continuous improvement and integrates sustainability into our day-to-day management.
The Synthesis makes transparent the results of the first year and the commitments that will guide our evolution.
